The Los Angeles County Fair
The largest County Fair in the world, with over 1.4 million in annual attendance, hired Entertainment Resources as the exclusive outside agency to develop their Corporate Sponsorship Program. Over a five year period, Entertainment Resources created Sponsorship relationships that generated seven figure hard dollar revenue combined with substantial media and promotional support. Corporate partners included DirecTV, GTE Telephone, Shell Oil, Farmers Insurance, AirTouch Cellular, Daimler/Chrysler, True Value Hardware, Ralston Purina and Washington Mutual.
Disneyland World Clean Air Road Rally
This event was custom created to draw attention of both press and public as to the benefits of alternative energy automobiles as environmentally-friendly options to cut air pollution. Entertainment Resources was engaged to develop the all corporate/government affiliations which included Disneyland, the Air Quality Management District and the U.S. Department of Energy. Besides the hundreds of thousands of spectators that viewed various activities of the event at Disneyland and at one of the largest motorsports events in the Western USA, the Long Beach Grand Prix, the event and it’s Sponsor partners received worldwide media exposure.
Los Angeles Forum
As one of the premier sports and special events venues in the USA, the Los Angeles Forum has been host to such high profile properties such as the NBA Lakers, NHL Kings, Forum Tennis, Forum Boxing and Forum concerts and other special events. Entertainment Resources’ representation included sales and servicing of broadcast, print, signage mediums as well as in-arena or off-site promotional programs. Sponsorship revenues generated were increased seven figures annually.
Starfest Country Music Concert Series
As one of the largest Country Western Music special events in the USA, Starfest featured many of the top acts in country music in live concert performance and personal appearances. Entertainment Resources was engaged to develop the entire Corporate Sponsorship Program. Sponsorship revenues generated a six figure income stream for the Event Producer and as well as strong media and promotional support. Corporate partners included Ford Motor Company, Anheuser Busch Brewing, and AirTouch Cellular.
This event is the largest special event for Hispanic audiences in the USA celebrating the Cinco de Mayo holiday. Entertainment Resources’ services was employed by the United States Postal Service to create a Sponsorship Program that would be the national kickoff for a commerative stamp that highlighted this holiday’s importance to the growing Hispanic population in the USA. Entertainment Resources designed the entire Program utilizing this high profile event as the background for exposure to over 500,000 in attendance plus a national TV audience.
